Jesus was a master storyteller. He found a way to take objects, customs, and practices that people understood, and use them to illustrate the nature of God, salvation, and obedience. We’ll look at some of the parables Jesus told about the kingdom of God as recorded in the book of Matthew. Each of these parables examines God’s desire for us to love him with our whole heart because we know his love for us.
